FAQ

ALL COMPANIES THAT HAVE BUSINESSES WITH BRANCHES IN IRELAND ARE ELIGIBLE TO BE NOMINATED FOR/ENTER THE WORKPLACE & EMPLOYMENT AWARDS.

The Workplace and Employment Awards are free to enter.

Yes. If you are entering multiple categories please read the relevant descriptions for each, ensuring that you have tailored the entry specifically to each category.

For organisational categorisation, we employ the following criteria based on the number of employees:

Small: Companies with fewer than 50 employees
Medium: Companies with employee counts ranging from 50 to 200
Large: Companies exceeding the threshold of 200 employees

SME encompasses businesses with fewer than 200 employees, whilst LARGE is assigned to businesses surpassing the 200-employee threshold.

All information provided in the entry form is strictly confidential and only for use in the judging process and viewed by the judging panel. However, we do ask for a company statement which will be read out on the awards night for shortlisted organisations.

ALL NOMINATIONS THAT WE RECEIVE ONLINE WILL BE ASSESSED BY AN EXPERT JUDGING PANEL MADE UP OF THE IRISH NEWS BUSINESS EDITOR, SPONSOR REPRESENTATIVES AND INDUSTRY BODIES. THE JUDGES WILL DECIDE ON THE WINNERS WHO WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT THE AWARDS
CEREMONY ON 6TH JUNE 2024.

FINALISTS WILL BE ANNOUNCED IN THE IRISH NEWS ON Tuesday 30th April APRIL.

The winners are announced live at the Workplace and Employment Awards.
