All companies that are headquartered in Ireland or employ more than 50 employees here, are eligible to enter the Workplace & Employment Awards.

The Workplace and Employment Awards are free to enter.

Yes. If you are entering multiple categories please read the relevant descriptions for each, ensuring that you have tailored the entry specifically to each category.

If your company has less than 500 employees, you will be classified as an SME. If your company has more than 500 employees, you will automatically be classified as Large.

All information provided in the entry form is strictly confidential and only for use in the judging process and viewed by the judging panel. However, we do ask for a company statement which will be read out on the awards night for shortlisted organisations.

All nominations that we receive online will be assessed by an expert judging panel made up of the Irish News Business Editor, sponsor representatives and industry bodies. The judges will decide on the winners, who will be announced at the awards ceremony on 30th June 2022.

Finalists will be announced in The Irish News on Tuesday 3rd May.

The winners are announced live at the Workplace and Employment Awards.

Information provided should relate to activity and examples that have taken place in the last 24 months (March 2020 – March 2022). The period is typically restricted to 12 months however this year is a unique year due to impact of Covid-19.
